Beni di Batasiolo Barolo Bofani (from Bussia-Barolo) 2008 DOCG
The vineyard is located in the village of Monforte d’Alba, on one of the most interesting slopes of the ‘Munie’ hillside, which is considered by many to be one
of the best positions in the valley of Barolo.
Intensely garnet-red with orange highlights, it has an ethereal, spicy nose with a touch of vanilla, and a dry, full, velvety, well-balanced taste with a liquorice aftertaste.
Production area Barolo DOCG, Bussia in Monforte d’Alba Vineyard Bofani.
Manual, first half of October.
Stripping and fermentation with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with periodic replacements.

Without a meal it is a pleasant occasion for friendship and conversation.
